. The Grandwood Park Park District Community Center is located at 36630 Hutchins Rd. in unincorporated Gurnee. The hall can accommodate up to 150 persons. Tables & chairs are available at no extra charge. Full kitchen and bar area are also included in hall rental. Renters are responsible for set-up and clean-up of facilities. Reservations may be made at any time with a non-refundable deposit to hold date. Deposit will be deducted from Rental Fee. A resident is anyone that pays taxes to the Grandwood Park Park District.
