Bingo (ages 18+)
After many years, we finally dusted off the 60's, maybe even 50's, vintage Bingo machine and Bingo returned to Grandwood Park in May of 2011. If you were thinking, "Hmmmmm....Bingo, that's for those older people", you would be wrong. We have many folks in their late teens, twenty's and thirty's as well as those "older people". Everyone enjoys the evening.
The best part is always the prizes → cash prizes! Thousands and thousands have been won (ok, not so much), but we did pay out over $800 in prizes at the February 2012 Bingo night! The pots ranged in size from $40 up to $100. That should give all of you who have been thinking of attending Grandwood Park Bingo the reason to finally join in on the fun AND winnings!
Come join us for an evening of fun! The size of the pots depend on the size of the crowd.

Time: Doors open at 6:00 ..... Games begin at 6:30pm and end at 9:00pm
Place: Community Center located at 36630 N. Hutchins Road
Ages: 18 years and older
Cost: $7.00 for a book of 4 games (usually - 12 games are played)
$2.00 for a dauber (reusable - just bring it back next time!)
Available for sale during the evening is beer & wine, soda and snacks, hot dogs, popcorn and more.
The Grandwood Park Civic Association will be using the funds generated from Bingo for entertainment. Not only for Summerfest, but to continue our Music by the Lake events started in August of 2011.
