RoboThink Workshops

Learn how to use RoboThink’s innovative robotics pieces, motors, switches, axles and gears to build robot models of all sizes, shapes, and functions. These lesson plans are built around RoboThink proprietary kits, plans and STEM curriculum, designed by teachers and engineers. The activities are interactive, hands-on and engaging to promote learning in a fun way! Each workshop is for children 6 and up.

Classes will take place at Wildwood Park District in the Oak Room of Rule House located at 33325 N. Sears Boulevard in Wildwood.

September 14:  Electric Motor Bot  Learn the fundamentals of how an electric motor works by building an electric robot in this fun and exciting workshop! No prior experience required.

October 13:  Battle Bot   Ever see battle bots on TV? Now you can design and battle a robot in real life! No prior experience required.

November 10:  Soccer Bot   Build a robot and play an exciting game of robot soccer in this soccer bot workshop! No prior experience required.

This program is being offered in conjunction with Wildwood Park District.  Residents of the Grandwood Park Park District will pay resident
fees for these workshops.
