All registrations for this class will be taken by the instructor, Canella Mullins. Canella will accept registrations by telephone/text at 847.687.5962, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Canella accepts payment in advance made via PayPal using her email address, in Venmo using her full name or @Yoganella, or by mail. Mailing address provided upon request.
Check & Cash Payments can also be accepted on the first day of the class.
*If you have any COVID-19 or cold symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for Covid-19, we ask that you do not attend class for a minimum of 14 days.
In addition, we ask that you bring your own equipment with you to class (mats, straps, blocks, bolsters/pillows, etc.).

Welcome to Peace.Calm.Chaos. Yoga With Canella Mullins
Canella began practicing yoga in 1997, when she found a beginner’s yoga DVD in the clearance section. This simple tool cultivated a home yoga practice that she further supported for nearly 10 years using books and other resourcesfrom the local library until finally walking into a group class setting. There, she found a teacher that was patient, inclusive and to every single body in the room.
In her personal life, yoga created the path for healing from disordered eating and body dysmorphia. Remaining committed to daily practice also allowed her a way to navigate the grief that came with her first marriage ending and the death of her father. The yoga mat became a haven – a safe place to work through the physical body to the source of her emotional pain. Canella realized that yoga offered a shift in living, away from self-destruction toward a healthy self-love. She recognized the impact yoga had in navigating her own pain and loss and knew that she wanted to share the healing power of yoga with others and to make yoga accessible to anyone with a body. She completed her teacher training and has been registered nationally through the Yoga Alliance since 2009.
In her classes, she teaches using props to allow for a safer experience for the practitioner. Her teaching style offers variations of poses and places an emphasis on accessibility and alignment. You can expect humor, acceptance, deep relaxation, stress relief and variety with a different class offered each week.
