Gentle YOGA – Peace.Calm.Chaos

This gentle yoga class is a slower paced practice that emphasizes comfort, accessibility and mental relaxation. Transitions are intentional, giving you plenty of time to find stability in each pose We will work lower to the ground, exploring more seated and reclined poses and fewer standing sequences. Our focus will be on breathwork and mindfulness to create a more relaxed state of being.
