Rental Payments

PLEASE NOTE:  Although you may check our calendar to see if the facility and date you are interested in is already booked or not, ALL RENTAL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY CONTACTING THE GRANDWOOD PARK PARK DISTRICT by telephone at (847) 356-0008 or in person at our office location during our normal business hours.  After speaking to the office to confirm availability, you may pay the security deposit online to hold your date. Renter must come into the office within 5 business days to complete paperwork, or the security deposit will be returned. Applications received without required deposit will not secure your date. These applications will not be processed until payment is received if the date is still available.

To pay your rental fee with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) use the form below. Choose the type of payment you are making from the list of options.

Checks only – do not mail cash. Make checks payable to: Grandwood Park Park District.

A fee of $20 will be assessed if your payment is returned to us from the bank due to insufficient funds in the issuing account. If that occurs, we will not redeposit the NSF check. You will be required to make that payment in cash or money order.

If a 2nd payment is returned from the bank, you will be required to make the remainder of your payments in cash or money order.
