YOGA – Peace.Calm.Chaos

In her class, instructor Canella Mullins teaches using props to allow for a safer experience for the practitioner. Her teaching style offers variations of poses and places an emphasis on accessibility and alignment. No previous yoga experience is needed.
Session: November 13 – December 18
Mondays: 6:15 – 7:30 pm
Minimum: 6 participants
Fee: $75 / Session (6 classes per session)
