Current Term: 2015-2021
Nancy is the President of the Grandwood Park Park District. Nancy is also the President of Mill Creek Consulting Services, Inc., a business that specializes in business process optimization and project management. She has been a certified PMP (project management professional) since 1998.
Nancy has been a resident of Grandwood Park since 1991. She has been active in both the Park District and the Civic Association. Nancy enjoys working and playing outside. You may see her walking around the neighborhood, visiting her daughter and grandchildren who live in Grandwood Park or riding her motorcycle. Nancy looks forward to working and playing in the neighborhood for many years to come.

Christine is a 9 year resident of the Shires. Graduate of Carthage College with a bachelor degree in business. She currently serves on the Shires HOA Board, and has twenty plus years of purchasing experience. Employed by the Lake County Forest Preserves, as Purchasing Manager, her experience in procurement will add value to recreation planning, development and maintenance strategies. Christine's interests include running, hiking and biking at our forest preserves. Her love for the outdoors is what has drawn her to the Grandwood Park Park District.

Chris was appointed to the Park Board in March 2012 to fill a recent vacancy on the board. Chris, with his wife Darleen, has resided in Grandwood Park for 10 years and has been an involved member of the community from the beginning. Chris has served on the Board of the Grandwood Park Civic Association for more than six years as Vice-President and Treasurer. As a Plant Engineer, Chris brings to the Board a wealth of facilities and maintenance experience. In his off-hours, Chris enjoys working in the garage on just about anything. Chris is supported by his wife, Darleen, and his children Charleen (also a Grandwood Park resident), James and Tyler.

The Park Board appointed Bill Reil as Commissioner on November 11, 2015 to fill a vacancy on the board. Bill and his wife Lola have lived in Grandwood Park for 25 years and has been involved in the community almost from the beginning. He has been on the board of the Grandwood Park Civic Association for about 20 years, and has served at least one term in each of the 5 positions on the board. Bill works at Larsen Manufacturing in Mundelein and he currently runs the stamping department after previously being the Comptroller.
Current Term 2016-2021
The Park Board appointed Cherie Pressley as Commissioner on April 13, 2016 to fill a vacancy on the board. Cherie has been a resident of Grandwood Park since 2005. She and her family have enjoyed participating and being involved in the many activities over the years. Cherie brings a background of 20+ years in Finance, in addition to working in the Preschool setting as a teacher and Assistant Director for over 8 years. Some of her hobbies include cooking, camping and football.
